Arbitration and MPAC assessments

Our lead hand is a Certified Arbitrator with, and member of, the ADR Institute of Ontario, with the expertise to arbitrate condominium law disputes as well as most other legal disputes. Arbitration is private, faster than court, and the decision is binding.

For clients who question how their municipal property tax assessment was formulated, we perform an in-depth analysis of current real estate conditions in the immediate area, including recently sold properties with similar attributes, and photograph and measure the property so they can prepare a challenge to MPAC.
