What we collect
Two things, and only when you choose to send them. The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the type of matter, the court or hearing date if you give one, and the summary you write. The newsletter form collects your first name, your email address and the topic you are most interested in.
What we do with it
A contact form submission is stored so we can answer it and is emailed to the firm. A newsletter signup is stored so we can send you the newsletter. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as part of the firm's records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every newsletter issue can be unsubscribed from. To have an enquiry or an address removed, call toll free 800-968-0289 and ask.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie only where it is needed for the site to work: a session cookie and a form-security cookie when you submit a form, and a login cookie for staff. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
