Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address, type of matter and the summary you write. You can also provide a phone number and court or hearing date. Your enquiry is stored in the website's enquiry records and sent to the firm by email so we can respond.
The newsletter form asks for an email address, an optional first name and a topic of interest. The subscription system keeps your address, the name supplied, signup and confirmation information, the consent wording shown to you, and subscription, unsubscribe and delivery records. It may also use a protected identifier derived from the request's IP address to limit repeated signup attempts.
Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive details about your matter through the enquiry form. A short initial summary is enough. Sending a form does not create a paralegal-client relationship. See our Terms of Use.
Website traffic and service providers
Visiting this website also involves technical information, such as the pages requested, request time, IP address and browser information. Hosting, security, email delivery and website measurement services process information to deliver their services. This means information is not confined to the firm itself.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes that analytics service as operating without analytics cookies. That is separate from any cookies Cloudflare may use for security features. Google Fonts involves requests to Google's servers; it is not a newsletter signup or enquiry submission.
You can use your browser's settings to block or remove cookies. Blocking cookies needed for forms or sessions may affect those functions. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. The analytics choice on this site does not control Cloudflare, Google Fonts or other external requests. Newsletter choices and retained records
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting the firm. Unsubscribing stops newsletter mail; it does not automatically erase the subscription, consent, delivery or suppression records used to administer the list and respect your choice.
Enquiries are kept as part of the firm's records. To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact the firm. Please provide only the details needed to identify your request. A deletion request may require review of record-keeping obligations and information needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
