LTB virtual hearing rooms
Landlord and Tenant Board hearings are held by videoconference in numbered Zoom rooms. Find the room named on your notice, check the meeting ID, and join. No Zoom account is needed.
Four things to get right
1. Check your notice
Your Notice of Hearing names the exact room (for example VC112), the date and the time. The room on your notice is the only one that counts — confirm it before you join.
2. Join fifteen minutes early
Sign in ahead of your scheduled block and rename yourself with your full name and your role — landlord, tenant, or representative — so the moderator can find you.
3. Evidence goes in first
The Board's rules require evidence to be filed and served on the other party before the hearing. You generally cannot hand documents up on the day.
4. No video, still attend
Your Notice of Hearing also carries a telephone dial-in option if you cannot join by video. Missing the hearing entirely can mean an order is made without you.

These are the Board's published virtual hearing rooms. Tribunals Ontario maintains them and can change a room or a link without notice — always check the room number against your own Notice of Hearing.
